Prepare for Inspection
Ensure the furniture is in its original, pristine condition; our specialists will conduct a brief assessment to verify the item's eligibility for return.
Schedule a Pickup
Once authorized, we will coordinate a professional white-glove transport service to safely collect the furniture from your home at a scheduled time.
Receive Your Refund
After the item returns to our facility and passes final inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
