Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 2-4 weeks. For custom-built Stickley pieces, lead times can range from 8 to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship and fabric availability.
What is White Glove Delivery?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials. We ensure your piece is perfectly placed and ready for use.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, Stickley products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of frames and springs. Upholstery, finishes, and cushions are covered by a specific limited warranty period against manufacturing defects.
Can I request custom finishes or fabrics?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of hand-rubbed finishes and thousands of premium fabrics and leathers. You can work with our design consultants to create a personalized piece that fits your home's unique aesthetic.
What is your return policy for furniture?
Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-ordered or 'Made to Order' pieces are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
We recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using silicone-based polishes or harsh chemicals. Maintaining a consistent humidity level in your home will also help prevent the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood.
